Hoppers are MopHop's cleaners: crew on payroll who clean homes, vacation rentals and businesses. Tell us a bit about yourself and how you like to work. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and your answers are saved on this device as you go.
What happens next: a MopHop lead (the person who runs MopHop in your area) reads every application and emails you within a few days either way. If it's a fit, we'll set up a background check and meet you to confirm your ID.
Every Hopper is on the MopHop crew: your lead assigns cleans as they're booked, and each clean pays its own amount. If that ever works out to less than $20 an hour for your cleaning time plus a set drive time, you're paid the $20 an hour instead. Taxes are taken out, like any job.
People who've seen you work — a past boss, a client, a coworker. Not family.
Some places keep supplies on site; for others you bring your own. Each clean tells you which.
Most cleans mean a few hours on your feet: stairs, bending, reaching, running a vacuum or floor machine, carrying supplies or laundry up to about 25 lbs.
We never ask for your Social Security number or date of birth here.
