Hoppers are MopHop's cleaners. Join the crew cleaning homes, vacation rentals and businesses near you, on payroll and paid for every clean.
You're on the MopHop crew and on payroll. Taxes are taken out, like any job.
Each clean pays its own amount. If that ever works out to less than $20 an hour, you're paid the $20 an hour instead.
That $20-an-hour minimum covers your cleaning time plus a set amount of drive time for every clean you finish.
Your MopHop lead (the person who runs MopHop in your area) assigns cleans as they're booked, so you never hunt or compete for them. How many depends on bookings.
Photos of the place, the checklist and the house notes come with every clean. Each clean also says whether supplies are at the place or you bring your own.
Reviews from the people you clean for, and regulars who ask for you by name.
