Add each place once, then request a clean between tenants, before listing photos, or after construction or remodeling. Share the details and we'll review the scope, timing, and price.
- After construction or remodeling? Describe the work and send photos. A lead reviews the scope and timing, then quotes it. No set price before that.
- Key pickup. A MopHop lead can collect the key from your office.
- The owner can pay. We email them a link to approve the quote and add their card. You're never charged.
- Stuff left behind? Add junk and furniture removal (furniture, mattresses, bags, appliances) and a lead quotes it from your photos, with the clean.
- One receipt, and a monthly statement for each place.
